PoseMate Terms of Service

Welcome to PoseMate ("the Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of Service

PoseMate is a standalone utility tool designed for photo reference and pose copying. The Application operates on a local-first architecture; all processing is performed entirely on your local device.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application's design, code, and assets are owned by the developer. Users retain full ownership and copyright of any photos or content they import into the Application. We do not upload or store your personal images on our servers.

3. No Warranty

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Application will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted and error-free.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims or disputes arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to copyright or portrait right disputes related to your generated content.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law depends on your residency:

• For Users in Mainland China: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts in the developer's place of residence.
• For Users Outside Mainland China: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore.

一、 服务说明

PoseMate 是一款独立的照片参考与姿态临摹工具。本应用采用“本地运行”架构，所有处理过程均完全在您的本地设备上完成。

二、 知识产权声明

本应用的界面设计、代码及原创素材均归开发者所有。用户保留其在应用内导入或使用的所有照片及内容的完整所有权与著作权。我们不会在服务器上上传或存储您的个人图片。

三、 不保证条款

本应用按“现状”提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。开发者不保证应用能完全满足您的需求，也不保证运行过程中不会出现中断或错误。

四、 用户赔偿条款

若因您使用本应用引发任何争议（包括但不限于因您生成的内容引起的著作权或肖像权纠纷），您同意承担全部法律责任，并确保开发者免受由此产生的任何损失。

五、 法律适用与争议管辖

法律适用规则如下：

• 中国大陆地区用户： 本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。若发生争议，应提交至开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
• 中国大陆以外地区用户： 本条款受新加坡法律管辖。若发生争议，应提交至新加坡法院处理。
