PoseMate ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PoseMate. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
PoseMate may access:
PoseMate does not intentionally collect personal information unless explicitly provided by the user.
All image analysis, pose detection, and related processing are performed locally on your device whenever technically feasible. We do not upload your photos, videos, or pose analysis data to our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your photos with third parties.
At the time of this Policy: PoseMate does not provide cloud storage, cloud synchronization, or maintain user photo databases. All user content remains under the user's control on the user's own device.
PoseMate may provide pose guidance, pose suggestions, alignment references, or other AI-assisted features. These features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on App recommendations.
You are solely responsible for photos you create, photos you import, compliance with applicable laws, and obtaining any necessary permissions from photographed individuals. PoseMate is not responsible for any disputes arising from user-generated content.
The App may rely on services provided by Apple, Google, or device manufacturers. Such third parties operate under their own privacy policies.
Because data is stored locally, users may delete data or uninstall the App at any time. Data removal is under user control. We are unable to recover deleted local data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoseMate shall not be liable for data loss, lost profits, business interruption, device malfunction, camera failures, photography results, indirect damages, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the App during the previous twelve (12) months.
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised Policy.

本应用可能提供姿势建议、姿势匹配、姿势参考及AI辅助分析，上述结果仅供参考。开发者不保证准确性、完整性、实时性或适用性。用户应自行判断并承担使用结果产生的后果。
用户应自行负责拍摄内容、导入内容、肖像授权、著作权授权并遵守当地法律法规。因用户内容引发的争议由用户自行承担责任。
由于数据存储于本地设备，用户可随时删除数据或随时卸载应用。用户自行管理数据，开发者无法恢复已删除的数据。
在法律允许范围内，开发者不对以下事项承担责任：数据丢失、利润损失、商业损失、设备故障、相机异常、拍摄效果不达预期、间接损失或连带损失。开发者承担的累计责任不超过用户在过去12个月内向本应用实际支付的费用总额。
本隐私政策可能不定期更新。继续使用本应用即表示接受更新后的政策。
